Don’t listen to the lies. Verse: “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.” - Matthew 6:19



You know what God thinks. Verse: “But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.” - Matthew 6:20



“Do you love me?” Verse: “He said to him the third time, ‘Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?’ Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, ‘Do you love Me?’ And he said to Him, ‘Lord, You know all..." - John 21:17



Definitely generous! Verse: "There is one who scatters, yet increases more; and there is one who withholds more than is right, but it leads to poverty. The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters..." - Proverbs 11:24,25



There’s no satisfying it. Verse: "Incline my heart to Your testimonies, and not to covetousness." - Psalm 119:36



Are you getting enough? Verse: "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work. But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God..." - Exodus 20:8-10



He slew them… Verse: "When He slew them, then they sought Him; and they returned and sought earnestly for God." - Psalm 78:34



Don’t say it! Verse: 'Do not curse the king, even in your thought; do not curse the rich, even in your bedroom; for a bird of the air may carry your voice, and a bird in flight may tell the matter." - Ecclesiastes 10:20



There’s a lot we don’t know Verse: "As you do not know what is the way of the wind, or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, so you do not know the works of God who makes everything." - Ecclesiastes 11:5



Throwing shade? Verse: “He who is slow to wrath has great understanding, but he who is impulsive exalts folly.” - Proverbs 14:29



They took the world by storm. Verse: "For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything..." - Ecclesiastes 9:5



Look for opportunities. Verse: "Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy." - Psalm 107:2



At 20,000 feet! Verse: "I cry out to You; save me, and I will keep Your testimonies." -Psalm 119:146



There are plenty of ways… Verse: "He who gives to the poor will not lack, but he who hides his eyes will have many curses." - Proverbs 28:27



It might cause a few. Verse: "Remove falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor riches, feed me with the food allotted to me; lest I be full and deny You, and say, 'Who is the LORD?' or lest I be poor and steal..." - Proverbs 30:8-9



You don’t want to lose your cool. Verse: "For as the churning of milk produces butter, and wringing the nose produces blood, so the forcing of wrath produces strife." - Proverbs 30:33



That kind of parent. Verse: "My son, hear the instruction of your father, and do not forsake the law of your mother; for they will be a graceful ornament on your head, and chains about your neck." - Proverbs 1:8-9



His confidence was well placed Verse: "…O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven?..." - 2 Chronicles 20:6



You’d think he’d have known better… Verse: "A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself; but the simple pass on and are punished." - Proverbs 22:3



Would you be THAT happy? Verse: "I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure." - Psalm 119:162



Twenty years younger?! Verse: "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God..." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

She didn’t see the problem with it… Verse: “For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” - Hebrews 13:5



It has never happened. Verse: “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. - Isaiah 55:11



What does that say about God? Verse: “God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek God. - Psalm 53:2 & 3



Even Houdini couldn’t escape. Verse: “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him.” - Hebrews 2:3



He was furious! Verse: “And his servants came near and spoke to him, and said, ‘My father, if the prophet had told you to do something great, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,’ ‘Wash, and be clean?’” - 2 Kings 5:13



They saw the sign, but… Verse: "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel." - Isaiah 7:14



What will last? Verse: "Each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is." - 1 Corinthians 3:13



Tragic, really… Verse: “When they heard the king, they departed; and behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was.” - Matthew 2:9
