Since 1956, It Is Written has been opening God’s Book—the Bible—to present topics that challenge and inspire. From award-winning, on-location programs to fascinating studio interviews, this series explores Christian lifestyle, mission reports, history, inspirational stories, theology, and more.

How will YOU feel? “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” - Revelation 21:1

Live with eternity in mind. “For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand.” - Revelation 6:17

A little deadly. “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” - 2 Corinthians 7:1

Don't be taken in. “I feel so lied to by my church because much of what they’ve been telling me isn’t true.” - John 8:31-32

What do you look for? "But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." - John 20:31

“Look how good I am!” “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” - Colossians 1:27

He fought on both sides! “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” - 1 Peter 2:9

You don't have to like a person. “Love one another with brotherly affection; outdo one another in showing honor.” - Romans 12:10 RSV

"Out with your gold!" “For I testify that according to their ability, and beyond their ability, they gave of their own accord.” - 2 Corinthians 8:3 NASB

Kryfto! “He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still..." - Revelation 22:11-12

That would count most people out. “And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come!' And let him who hears say, 'Come!' And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.” - Revelation 22:17

Life really begins! “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” - Revelation 22:20

Failing feels lousy… “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down..." - Revelation 12:10

“I will be faithful!” “Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.” - Matthew 20:28

An unforgettable experience. “As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” - 1 Peter4:10

That will be the end! “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war..” - Revelation 19:11

Wouldn't it be wonderful? “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” - Exodus 20:16

It is often squandered. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” - 2 Corinthians 3:17

We still need to beware. “For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.” - Acts 20:29

Out of the kindness of their heart. “Now when we heard these things, both we and those from that place pleaded with him not to go up to Jerusalem. Then Paul answered, “What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart..." - Acts 21:12-14

Others wished they had. “And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.” - 2 Corinthians 11:14

There's enough in the Bible... “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” - Hebrews 11:3

God brought something good. “So, because he was of the same trade, he stayed with them and worked; for by occupation they were tentmakers.” -Acts 18:3

You want to be careful... “But when some were hardened and did not believe, but spoke evil of the Way before the multitude, he departed from them and withdrew the disciples.” - Acts 19:9

He stuck with it! “Then Jews from Antioch and Iconium came there; and having persuaded the multitudes, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead.” - Acts 14:19

A persistent teenage daughter… “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left.” - Isaiah 30:21

That's why we're here. “So, being sent on their way by the church, they passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, describing the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren.” - Acts 15:3

Some things have got to go. “Also, many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. And they counted up the value of them, and it totaled fifty thousand pieces of silver.” - Acts 19:19

Don't you be that person! "Then he said to Jesus, 'Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.'" - Luke 23:42

That doesn't make any sense! “Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.” - Romans 7:12
